Hello! I'm Chelsea, and I'm a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer.
As a mom of 5, I know firsthand how overwhelming motherhood can be. I used to feel completely burned out, exhausted, and overstimulated, like I was constantly running on empty. I was uncomfortable in my own body, struggling to make time for myself while juggling the endless demands of family life. I often felt like I was failing, not just as a mom but as a person. I wasn’t taking care of myself—I skipped meals, rarely moved my body, and felt guilty anytime I thought about prioritizing my own needs.
Empowering moms to flourish, one small step at a time.
Eventually, I hit a breaking point. I realized I couldn't keep giving from an empty cup, and something needed to change. Slowly, I began prioritizing small acts of self-care. I learned to give myself grace, take time for my own health, and make sustainable changes that fit into my busy life. I reconnected with my body through movement and started nourishing it properly, which made a world of difference in my energy and mindset. Most importantly, I embraced that taking care of myself wasn’t selfish—it was necessary.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other moms who feel the same way I did. I want to support you in finding balance, overcoming burnout, and reconnecting with your health and happiness so you can thrive in motherhood. The core of the Thriving Mama Project
is the personalized 1:1 coaching sessions,
where we’ll focus on your individual
goals and what matters most to you.
Together, we’ll dive deep into where
you’re at now, where you want to be,
and create a customized plan to get
you there.
Each week, I’ll share a new module on a
key topic related to holistic health —this
could include areas like stress
management, nutrition, movement,
mindset shifts, or self-care. You can
work through these modules at your
own pace, whenever it’s convenient for
you. You’ll get tips, suggestions and
some self-reflection activities to help
you apply these concepts. If a particular
topic resonates with you, we’ll discuss
how to incorporate it into your life in a
way that feels doable and sustainable.
Throughout the program, I’ll provide
the guidance, support, and
accountability you need to stay on
track, making sure the changes you
make fit your life and set you up for
